The Red Arrows will return as headline act THE Scottish International Airshow this year will feature night-time flights with a spectacular fireworks display. Organisers of the popular airshow have revealed the attractions lined up for the event, including the pyrotechnic aerobatics, described as the first of its kind in Scotland. They’re promising a ‘new-look’ airshow , which kicks off on Friday 2 September at Low Green, Ayr. The two-day event will begin with a funfair and live music before the Aerosparx display team, who recently took part in celebrations for The Queen's 90th birthday , take to the skies with a sky-high pyrotechnics show that organisers promise will wow the crowds. The Blades Aerobatic team will also help get the show off to a flying start, with Saturday seeing the return of the Royal Marines and world-famous Red Arrows.
