Double Room available in Parkead for around £360 a month all inclusive in East End, Hampshire for sale

Hi guys I’ll start with the important bits – Room available in 2-bed flat in Tollcross. The rent/ bills come to around £360 in total (includes gas, electricity, council tax and phone/internet) although this fluctuates slightly and it would be a 6 month minimum lease.The landlord would require a deposit of £230 as well as the first month’s rent in advance. It’s a medium-sized room with a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small bedside table. Now for a wee bit more detail – the flat is in a quiet area of Tollcross, right next to Tollcross Park and 5 minutes’ walk away from the Forge. It’s a large building which I’m told used to be a school, with secure entry and private parking. The flat itself is only around ten years old so it’s in good condition and has most mod cons. I’ve bounced about a bit from flat to flat in the past ten years, and I think it’s a really good deal for the price. You’d be sharing with me, a fairly average professional guy who only recently (and terrifyingly) turned 30. I'm looking for someone similarly sensible - I'm too old to be passing out at my desk because I've been up till 4am on a weekday!
